Nectarine, pear and just baked apples come together in this delicate, fresh, balanced and very nicely put-together wine. 

Winemaking:

Hand-picked, whole cluster pressed, 50% fermented ‘wild’ in old French barriques. 50% fermented cold and slowly in stainless. The wine is made with the intention of creating a brightly aromatic style with complex, textural and savoury interest on the palate. 13.% Alc/Vol
