The pop-up cellar door will feature guided tastings of Mandala’s newly released wines, alongside a curated snack menu designed to complement each glass.
Visitors can drop in for a relaxed tasting or settle in for lunch, with The Independent’s full à la carte menu available throughout the weekend.

The Vintage Release Lunch will feature a four-course menu perfectly matched with five of Mandala’s new release wines. Highlights include Vieras (lime-cured scallops), Lechon (roast sucking pig) with all the trimmings, and dulce de leche.
