Rose is internationally loved as the ultimate summer tipple. The famous colour comes from juicing red grapes and soaking with the skins for a very short period to develop a nice pinky hue! Mandala likes to give an extra bit of time to develop into a luscious pink colour, then ferment in stainless steel as well as oak to give it a nice weight, fruity sweetness and the 'bone dry' element drinkers love.

Brightly aromatic, textural and savoury on the palate. Attractive raspberry, red currant and subtle orange pith flavours.
