Over in France's Champagne region, the varietal "Blanc de Blancs" indicates a Champagne created entirely from Chardonnay fruit. The name literally means: "White from White".
Our 2015 Single Site' Blanc de Blancs is made of 100% Chardonnay, using 100% methode traditionally and spending 72 months en tirage to produce a truly elegant and stunning wine.
This sparkling tells the story from our own Mandala, in surrounding yourself with good friends and family while enjoying and embracing life.
Tasting Notes
Bright citrus and apple aromatics combine with nutty and yeasty autolytic notes of brioche, subtle pastry and peanut. A creamy and textured palate with a very fine bead. Bubbles are small and intense.

"From a single vineyard in Dixons Creek, matured for nine months in French oak (40% new). Brightly coloured, this is immediately appealing and perfumed with aromas of ripe apricots, honeysuckle and just a whiff of fresh vanilla bean from the oak, which is already nicely integrated. There's good volume and vibrancy on the palate, a fine vein of acidity running through the wine before finishing chalky and long."
