Our 2018 Mandala Blanc de Blancs is made of 100% Chardonnay, and 100% methode traditionelle, which is the same process Champagne producers follow to achieve the signature bubble and finish, and 30 months en tirage.
On the palate, a burst of fresh citrus is balanced by smooth honey over a vibrant bubbly texture. Grapefruit and lime ease into a velvety salinity, finishing with great length, a beautifully structured wine. Aromatics present peaty earthiness leading to almond husk and bush honey with a delicate hint of white flowers and petrichor.

Our NV "M by Mandala" is a stunning blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. Our Chardonnay fruit delivers striking lemon zesty and light sherbet characters, whilst the Pinot Noir contributes to the feel and weight on the palate along with spice essences. The fruit bunches were harvested early to ensure freshness and a balance of acids.
A classic combination of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the aromatics of this sparkling centre on green apples and bright citrus notes of lemon zest and lime cordial. Matured stone-fruits and a creamy mid-palate are brilliantly maintained with an extended finish of crisp, natural acidity and a fine bead. 12.5% alc/vol.
