Tasting Notes
A classic cool climate shiraz with rich, red and black fruits, sour cherries, white pepper, and a persistent finish of warm spice.
Sourced from a single block of 26-year-old Shiraz at Dixons Creek, the fruit was hand-harvested, de-stemmed and chilled before being crushed into open-top vats for fermentation on skins before being transferred to an open screen press for gentle pressing. 13% alc/vol.
