Over in France's Champagne region, the varietal "Blanc de Blancs" indicates a Champagne created entirely from Chardonnay fruit. The name literally means: "White from White".
Our 2010 Single Site Blanc de Blancs is made of 100% Chardonnay, using 100% methode traditionally and spending 72 months en tirage to produce a truly elegant and stunning wine.
This sparkling tells the story from our own Mandala, in surrounding yourself with good friends and family while enjoying and embracing life.

Tasting Notes
Lovely nose with aromas of lemon rind, white flowers, and brioche. A creamy, textured palate and a fine bead open up textural almond meal and finish with honey nectar, ripe nectarines and stone fruit. These characters are balanced by a long finish of generous structured citrus acidity and a refreshing minerality.
